What TTIME is it?

It’s TT5 o’clock , ….. sono le cinque secondo TopoloTime, l’ora di Topolò.
Secondo TTIME, se sono le cinque a Topolò sono le cinque anche a Bagdad, e a Katmandu, e a Londra ed a New York e Sarajevo.
TopoloTime (TTIME) è l’ora locale, precisa, calcolata nel meridiano che passa attraverso il paese di Topolò, longitudine 13° 36’ 07” (dal meridiano di Greenwich), ma TopoloTime è soprattutto un’ora universale, la stessa per tutti gli abitanti del globo.

TTIME non abolisce i fusi orari, ma ne crea uno unico per tutti, di 360 gradi. L’uso dei fusi orari fu introdotto alla fine del 1800, per rimediare ai disagi che cominciava a creare, col progredire degli scambi e del viaggiare (una adeguata precisione per gli orari ferroviari, ad esempio), l’utilizzo per ogni luogo della sua propria ora locale.
Oggi il viaggio dell’informazione sostituisce quello fisico dell’uomo e spesso è addirittura istantaneo (telefono, fax, internet), i cellulari non collocano più ricevente e trasmettitore in due spazi geografici noti (è dunque possibile chiamando una persona, il fatto che non possa sapere in che momento della giornata egli si trovi), la capacità di spostarsi è infinitamente cresciuta in velocità e facilità. Oggi forse il tempo potrebbe essere contato secondo un unico riferimento.

 

TopoloTime è l’ora ufficiale dell’Ufficio Flussi Estetici (ÆFB – www.aefb.org), ufficio nato a Topolò nel 2000 con un progetto burocratico-futurista di regolamentazione e ordinamento della fruizione dei prodotti artistico-estetici, cui l’istituzione di un tempo unico, svincolato da esigenze commerciali e di mercato, risultava necessaria e congeniale.

 

 

What TTIME is it?

It is five o’clock … according to TopoloTime, the time of Topolò.

According to TTIME, if it’s five o’clock in Topolò, it’s five o’clock also in Baghdad, in Katmandu, in London and New York and in Sarajevo.
TopoloTime (TTIME) is the very local time, calculated on the meridian one that it passes through the village of Topolò, longitude 13° 36 ' 07 " ( from the meridian of Greenwich ), but TopoloTime is, above all, an universal time, the same one for all the inhabitants of the globe.

TTIME does not abolish the hourly time zones, but it creates an only one for everybody, a 360 degrees one. The use of the hourly time zones was introduced at the end of 1800, to remedy the uneasinesses which was starting creating with using for every place its own local time, with progressing of the exchanges and travelling (a conformed precision for the railway times, for instance),
Today the journey of the information replaces the one of man himself and it is often even instantaneous ( phone, fax, internet ); the mobile phones do not place any more receiver and transmitter in two known geographic spaces; the capacity to move is infinitely grown in speed and easiness. Today maybe the time it could be counted according to a single reference.

TopoloTime is the official time of the Aesthetic Flow Bureau (ÆFB -- www.aefb.org), office born in Topolò on 2000 with a futurist-bureaucratic project in order to regularize the enjoyment of the art/aesthetic products, and the institution of a single time, freed from commercial demands and market, was turning out necessary and congenial for it.
